About This Site
A data security incident affecting the personal information of prior clients was discovered in March 2025. The unauthorized access is believed to have begun in or around May 2019, and related unauthorized activity has continued to be identified through February 2026. It affected both business and personal devices used in connection with this work, along with a personal email account, and included the unauthorized use of the business owner’s identity to conduct cryptocurrency activity. The matter has been reported to law enforcement and remains under investigation. Based on current estimates, more than 1,000 individuals are potentially affected; notice has been filed in 47 states, and prior clients in many states may be affected. This website is the official source of information about the incident and the resources available to those who may be affected, wherever they live.
